Jennifer is a Pilates instructor and personal trainer (mat work and Reformer) from the United States.
After playing competitive volleyball, Jennifer went on to become a National Strength Professionals Association (NSPA) certified Personal Trainer,
Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Nutrition and Weight-Loss Management Specialist.
In 2006, Jennifer started her own fitness and training company, Urban Fit Training, in the greater Washington D.C. area, where she worked to help clients achieve their fitness and weight-loss goals through one-on-one personal training and nutrition programs.
Jennifer has additionally had the role of Strength Coach for volleyball teams and individual competitive players, focusing on injury prevention, as well as improving volleyball-specific technique.
Jennifer fell in love with Pilates back in 2007, and in 2013, Jennifer completed the Pilates instructor training with Tanja Liv Severin at FitPilates.
She has since been teaching and training at with FitPilates, and in 2016 completed the Reformer education (all levels).
As an instructor and personal trainer, Jennifer believes in a strong focus on technique;
